Little Helper

Our Little Boy Blue helped in the garden today .
His parents handed him over with relief as he had been up ready for action since 4.30 this morning. Apart from a short snooze around lunchtime he has been busy all day. 
Picking up and throwing tiny bits of twig and mud into the lily pond kept him happy for ages . The ducks just tucked their heads under their wings and ignored us .
Arthur also worked out the difference between throwing a ball for Bramble to fetch rather than throwing it at her . At the grand age of 8 Bramble has finally worked out that she needs to drop the ball so that Arthur can throw it for her . 
I would hope they both sleep well tonight , hopefully me too as I was awake for most of last night listening to my beloved !!
