The Crown and Post

Not the name of a pub I visited today.

Instead, what my dentist managed to remove without drill or aspiration to get to the “root” of my tooth infection. Despite 2 rounds of antibiotics the pain persisted after some brief welcome days of respite.

We hope this and the treatment is enough to patch me up before “normal dental service” can be resumed. At least there remain options to salvage the tooth.

It did involve a degree of pushing and pulling. At the moment I have a aching jaw but if that is all I have it will be welcome!
