Next Year’s Cognac

The grapes in this small vineyard are called ‘uniblanc’.  It is the grape favoured here for adding to the Cognac blend.  We are on the margins of the cognac area, so these will be part of a collective of farms sent to the bigger producers.  Extra pic is of the woodland walk I take to get here.
