Wild Camp in Inveraray
This was the best day of the trip for me. Sun came out, great routes (Taynault to Inveraray, via Loch Awe) and all seemingly downhill. Obviously that is not possibly and there was a long climb en route to Inveraray but at the summit I was informed we had 8 miles of downhill before us - spectacular! Then we found this perfect wild campsite just close to town. Spaces, quiet, loads of dry wood lying around, walking distance to shops (fish and chips and a bottle of wine for tea) and the best sleep yet.
