Making someone happy

I have to say that this is one of the most annoying sights that I see all too often. It would be bad enough if the guy was talking on the phone, but he wasn't, like 99% of handphone users in this country, he was sending a SMS text message!

I am not sure of the legalities of such practice here, but I doubt very much whether such a law exists to prevent such a dangerous practice. I am sure this lad knew exactly what I was going to do with this image as a second later the phone was hidden from view. Too late pal, you've been rumbled!
