Red Sky in the Morning.....

It was worth getting out walking in the dark early this morning. There was a lot of cloud at that time but as Maisie and I walked the eastern sky became more and more beautiful. We took the longer route and once arriving at the re-instated culvert at the Omaka Ford I took time to admire the sky. The red hues are reflected in the river just below the culvert. It is hard to believe that today is the last day in July. Winter is two thirds of the way through.....
