In days gone by...

... well actually at lunchtime today with the help of PS. 
This is just at the bottom of my road; a wine bar and next door an Indian Restaurant. A wine bar sounds a bit posh but I don’t think this one is though I’ve never been in. The Indian Restaurant does serve good food and has a 5 star hygiene rating but I simply can’t get it out of my mind that some years ago it was fined because there were mice and their droppings all over the kitchen. I can’t remember the exact details but it does mean I really can’t enjoy their food no matter how good it is.
I really love the way the stepped granite outside is so worn down by many years of footfall.
Happily it’s a lot cooler today than yesterday but I’d planned a day of not doing much except trying to keep cool so that is what I did.
