Buff-tailed Bumblebee (Bombus Terrestris)

This was supposed to be entitled Buff-tailed Bumblebee (Bombus terrestris) on Lavender.  However blip has the ridiculous situation of a large box for the title but doesn't allow it all to be used.  Ridiculous!  Sorry rant over but it is at times a damned nuisance.

Saturday, so prepping the Lodge.  We are slowly developing a routine to allow us to be efficient and yet stick to all that the "Safer Stays" scheme requires.   It is still strange doing the cleaning in PPE and the disinfecting surfaces does increase the workload.

On my way back from the bins I spotted this Bumblebee working our neighbours Lavender.  I killed two birds with one stone so to speak.  A blip and a report for the "Get Cumbria Buzzing" scheme.
