I saw something more in your eyes

All of us were up and above thiis morning pretty early. 

We were getting a delivery - they said between 7 and 11;  It arrived at 7.40.  nothing like an abrupt start to your day. 

All being up - and it being of a reasonable day; we gathered our bits and we headed up to the allotment.

Si and Tooli set about the Onions and the Peas respectively.  

I headed to the wee plot and weeded. And Weeded. And Weeded.  I weeded the Sunflower bed. I weeded the French Beans and the Sweet corn. I weeded the path.  I weeded the Fruit trees.  I weeded the  Flower Bed.  I weeded everything.   Exhausted. 

Tooli picked all of the peas, and pulled all the plants up.  Si dug up all the onions and has set them to dry.   He fed the tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet corn.  I weeded the sunflowers and sweet peas. 

We lay and be'd exhausted for a bit. 

HIghlight of the morning at the Allotment; Tooli found two snails having sex.   She found this quite, quite hysterical and brought them up to me at the wee plot to let me enjoy the sight.  Bleugh.   I told her to arrange them beautifully and take a photo.   Here it is. 

Then we pulled all the stuff down to the car and headed  home, where we spent another hour shelling the peas. 

Then him and me went and shopped while Tooli did some TELF. 

Then I had to go and sleep for an hour, and a bit, whilst he watched the football. 

We are all quite, quite exhausted
