Going Over

Some of the fields have been cut. Some of the fields have been partially cut. Some of the fields are yet to be harvested. In this field some of the crop is safely in. The farmer had to re-seed some of the field when the winter storms washed away some of the early sowing. The wildflowers are still doing well and developing seed heads with vigour. After a few days of mixing households and seeing people (within the guidelines) we are trying to lie low this week. Not that either of us feels unwell at all, thank goodness, but just to be sensible. I'm just listening to the FM and she has reminded us to act at all times as if Covid is right there and take appropriate mitigation. Good advice.
