A patch of blue

The rain was unrelenting today as we drove back to Glasgow with the wipers even on high speed really not cutting it. So I have cheated and used one of the photos from yesterday which was taken during our picnic lunch break on the road a few miles on from Roshven, quite close to Glenuig where the road veers inland for a few miles. I love the patch of turquoise blue which indicates a clear sea and a sandy seabed.
It was a relief to get home since there was little positive to say about the journey back on account of the weather - and exciting to unfurl the new curtains for the first time. Very pleased with their colour which matches the paint on the balcony and on the southerly interior wall.
