Away with the Birds...

Whilst not being a consumer of frozen or ready meals myself, I do think it's a bit much when you can't believe a thing you read on supermarket labels nowadays....how can we trust the words 'organic' and 'free range', if the word 'beef' seems to mean anything but!

Anyway, there was a guy on the radio this morning, who said that his doctor had told him to watch what he ate - so he went and bought a ticket for the Grand National......
