Heatwave

Supper on the patio outside the kitchen window, pretending I’m abroad, it’s so warm. Lots of gardening today, I was meant to do housework but really life’s too short. Maybe I’ll camp tomorrow night...it’ll be even hotter. No owls (yet) but the stars and Venus are out.
