The North Cornice

Had epic day riding again at the Lake and got in a few hikes to the North Cornice area, elevator shaft and we hit ptarmigan shoots and pretty much got fresh tracks everywhere we went. Lake Louise seems bigger everyday I ride there, there is so much terrain it is amazing and I love it.

In the photo here you can see actual Lake Louise and the Chateau way in the background. The run from this photo was pretty intense as we hit an unknown chute in disappearing light and then onto other various features including breaking cornices and of course tons of powder!

Elevator shaft was probably my run of the day as I got a top to bottom of fresh and plenty of rock drops. Adam ripped his board up on a rock, but also won a steezy nose grab of a pretty damn big cliff! epic days.

p.s, ear has been bearable during the day the last few days. I ve also got sleep! It returns when tired though or in quiet places. p.p.s, Last night we hit Magpie and Wild Bills, was damn good fun!
