Mt Norquay

We hit up some night riding and to our pleasure there was no-one really there. Tamara got some funny pictures of me trying hand plants in the park and I got a few things down that I was pleased enough with. I also did a very fast 5 miles before going up the mountain too which was good. I was only intending on a slow 4.

Im training for Calgary marathon again and really this is only week 1 as I try get mileage up again. I am having the same problem as last year in that in my spare time I go snowboarding.... but I ve done 17 miles already and today is long run day. However.... I may have overdone it with the combination of snowboarding as I have a slight discomfort in left knee. NOt good for week 1. Maybe just a bit of strength and lay off pace.

Also I woke up in the night with ear ringing, then went back to sleep and woke up without ear ringing? I had first cup of tea in 3 weeks and guess what... that made it start ringing again. If I have learnt one thing so far, it is that caffeine is an ABSOLUTE NO NO.
