Lamb and Bean Stew
Lamb and flageolet stew, tear-apart biscuits, salad, and eggplant escabeche. Wine: Château Barde Haut St. Emilion 2014.
The stew was good and quite hearty. The biscuits are different from my usual recipe and more bread-like, but still nice. The wine is fantastic.
