Tomato galore

We decided to get up and take the doggies for an early walk to avoid the heat, needn’t have bothered because although sunny there was a cool breeze. Later - one of the joys of living on the coast - a sea fret came down about three o’clock and has never shifted.

Mr PC went off to Morrison’s to buy onions for my tomato relish while I stayed and skinned 3 kilos of tomatoes. My recipe is out of a Collins cookery book that he was given when he was a buyer at Kays in 1977.

Thank you all for your concern about my fall, I can report that  the TLC and the ice cream did the trick and I’m no worse for wear.
