A rare occurance

Finished the challenge, 17 hrs and just over 71 miles duri ng the week, 65 of them in runs.
Went back to Tentsmuir as it seemed appropriate to finish where we began and it was another lovely day.
Despite my sore knee I was able to do another 4 miles, the strapping was very effective.
Mr Rat managed his 100k in the early hours with the supposrt of 2 friends, this morning he just did a short walk on the beach to get a 100 mile total for the week.
