After the lily

Since the lilies came to an end this pot has started up.. the carnations are in full bloom and the surplus sweet peas l had planted here are just starting to flower.  i am really suprised how well they look.  Must remember to feed them again soon.  What a heat we had today... not rest from the sunshine unlike yesterday when the clouds rolled in so we baked.  Lovely really .. we had our first friends in for supper this evening.. it could not have been a better night to entertain.  What a joy it was to see friends over a meal.  It really does feel like it has been a long time.  He is a community first responder and is going to restart again in a week or so having stopped during the coronavirus.  He is going through the Covid training currently.  I hope he can stay safe.  
Feeling happier than l have in a few months..
