Good Neighbor

The guy mowing the tall grass and weeds in the empty lot behind me does not own the land.  He lives in the green house beyond.  
It's a very nice service he's providing and I let him know how grateful I am. 
My little battery operated mower would not have a prayer in that cabbage patch or I'd be over there mowing myself.
