Making Relish

Missy Ann's work seems to never be done, a fact she will most emphatically attest to.  
The wonderful part is that her results are often delicious!  Here she is shown in the early stages of making pickle relish.  
Her canned products make the stuff you buy in the store seem like a bland, over-blended imitation of the real thing.
