Gwerthfawrogiad ~ Appreciation

Pan fydd apwyntiadau gyda fi ar fore 'rhedeg', rydw i'n rhedeg i Gastell Coch oherwydd rydw i'n gwybod pa mor amser y mae'n ei gymryd.  Os mae tair awr gyda fi Castell Coch yw'r targed. Pan mae mwy o amser gyda fi, Rydw i'n hoffi archwilio lleoedd gwahanol a llwybrau gwahanol, ac yn ceisio rhedeg ymhellach.  Heddiw oedd bore i fynd i Gastell Coch yn gynnar. Rydw i'n gwerthfawrogi'r lle mwy a mwy. Dydy hi ddim castell 'go iawn' oherwydd cafodd hi ei hadeiladu yn y 19eg ganrif, ond rydw i'n dal yn gwerthfawrogi ei phensaernïaeth a'r lliwiau a chryfder ei waliau. Heddiw gwnaeth atgoffa i mi ychydig o Schloss Forchenstein yn Awstria -  er bod y castell yn Awstria yn fwy, yn hŷn ac wrth gwrs 'go iawn'.

When I have appointments on a 'running' morning, I run to Castell Coch because I know how long it takes. If I have three hours, Castell Coch is the target. When I have more time, I like to explore different places and different routes, and try to run further. Today was a morning to get to Castell Coch early. I appreciate the place more and more. It's not a 'real' castle because it was built in the 19th century, but I still appreciate its architecture and the colors and strength of its walls. Today it reminded me a bit of Schloss Forchenstein in Austria - though the castle in Austria is bigger, older and of course 'real'.
