EDINBURGH – It's the festival month – NOT??!!

This morning we went to the 'Royal Mile' and trekked around every single little 'Close' that we could find. Ann's wanted to do this for quite a while (photos on FB for those of you who are FB friends).

Obviously I was on my lead. And here I am sitting outside the entrance to the Castle looking down the Royal Mile.

When has it ever been this quiet?

August is normally Edinburgh's busiest month. And in normal times the Royal Mile would be wall to wall with people. But these aren't normal times.

The Edinburgh Festival has been cancelled and the 'Royal Mile' was eerily quiet!!!
