The Pond

The water lilies have 'exploded' in the pond. Five pink ones and one white one today with more white ones to come. Len was thrilled and urged me to go and take a photo.

We'd spent the day in Loughborough where we'd met George, Kat and William. They're not allowed to come and sit in our garden yet so we made do with the Grand Union Canal and Queens Park in Loughborough, where we had a light lunch. Nothing gluten free on the menu. I made do with chips.

The flowers in the park are looking splendid. The Carillon was playing too.
