Hot hot hot

It was warm today. I went out for my walk and decided it was cool enough to run......BIG mistake!!!! I was like a tomato until noon.
R went to the gym and me and the girls went for a scoot. Then we headed off for a BBQ at R&Ms in the sunshine. Lovely.
