Ducks

We went to feed the ducks today. We walked across some bridges and watched some canal boats. The girls were very good. We came back to play. I’m a bit like the girls now and after 5 months of the same 4 walls I don’t want to return either. I took us for a long drive first.
Dinner done and I decided to go on my bike for an hour. I didn’t sleep well last night- I kept returning to a nightmare that wouldn’t end and I couldn’t get away from. I didn’t do my walk this morning as I was too tired.
