Keeping occupied

A distant view of ArcLight, trying to pull down our tree with her resistance bands.  And a nearer view of camera on tripod set up by Mr A to try (largely unsuccessfully, as even the birds were finding it a bit too hot) to capture some photos of birds on the feeders.

W and I at this point were on our way to do some exercise in Room X.  

The day has been another very hot one, and we have largely been quite slothful, but it was lovely to sit out on the patio after dinner until 9.30ish this evening.
