Old and new friends

One consequence of this hot weather is that we now go to the Leisure Centre much earlier in the day  - between 7 and 7.30am. So we meet up with a friend we used to see regularly  and her little 'gang'. Only one is hers - the little Terrier called Murphy - the two Spaniels belong to a neighbour and the Schnauzer pup is being looked after for a friend for a couple of weeks. With my four that makes quite a gathering! Fortunately they all get on well together. She doesn't bring a ball so Murphy and one Spaniel chase ours! They are quick too - often outrunning Sprite and Merlin.
It is lovely to see so many dogs playing together - it's what 'walkies' is all about!
