Today they were unveiling a bronze bust of this much loved local hero who died this week in 1982. It is now on display at the People's Palace Glasgow Green,

I took some pictures of the Bronze which although tiny is superbly detailed and lifelike. However I liked this one with the large portrait of the man in the background and band member Chris Glen in front.
