View from the river

This blip is a view from a canoe on the Thames between Teddington and Kingston bridges in Hampton Wick.The house is MoiraVale , originally built in the 18th century . It was an old people’s home but was converted into ( over 55’s) flats and added to with four cottages about 10 years ago.

Had a nice paddle for about an hour and saw so many people, mainly teenagers, swimming in the river or on the bank. Another very hot and humid day and the promised storm had not arrived by 7pm.

Also went to an aerobics class this morning but it was in an air conditioned studio.
Also cycled to see the twins having their swimming lesson and nice air conditioning there in the cafe too!
Picked lots of to stones but did not go to the allotment as hoping for a storm later to do the watering for us!
