Paura di Saltare

Homemade scratcher for a cat who is afraid to jump (Teru, because Ares doesn't need it as he is a circus performer).

This solution should give her a wider and longer jumping base. In fact, with a run-up, she manages to jump on the radiator's marble from the chest, but then she stops because it's a narrow and short surface, very close to the bookcase.

She hasn't tried it yet, but it usually takes her days to get comfortable with the news.

For this too, I keep my fingers crossed. It seems, in fact, to be important for her to use that 'cat highway' that Ares loves so much.

UPDATE August 27th: Teru got comfortable with the scratching post and finally managed to jump onto the bookcase.

Grattatoio fatto in casa per un gatto che ha paura di saltare (Teru, perchè Ares non ne ha bisogno in quanto è un artista circense).

Questa soluzione dovrebbe darle una base di salto più larga e lunga. Infatti, di solito prende la
rincorsa e dalla cassapanca riesce a saltare sul marmo del calorifero, ma poi si blocca perchè si trova su una superficie stretta e corta, molto ravvicinata alla libreria.

Non lo ha ancora provato, ma di norma le ci vogliono giorni prima di prendere confidenza con le novità.

Anche per questo, tengo le dita incrociate. Sembra, infatti, sia importante per lei utilizzare quella 'autostrada dei gatti' che Ares tanto ama.

AGGIORNAMENTO del 27 Agosto: Teru ha preso confidenza con il tiragraffi ed è finalmente riuscita a saltare sulla libreria.
