Oslo and behold

1. An alarm that is set with a five at the start is always going to be hard, but we're ready for it. We're up for it and within minutes we're in the airport.

2. Flight one is good, then there's a break for breakfast in Stanstead which is surprisingly good. Before long (ish) we're boarding a very quiet flight number two.

3. Flying over Norway is lovely, iced fjords glisten in a new kind of haar.

4. Arriving in any new city is always some kind of something, tonight we're a little sparkled but get to where we're going. We can't get in for a while but that passes.

5. And when it does we open the door on the life we're going to live for a wee while. It's awfully, awfully nice. Sparkling in fact.
