Misty shot

Two weeks of heatwave, working hard, long days. A much needed day off and what happens? Yes - you’ve guessed, the weather changes. We had planned a day at the seaside and were not going to change our plans so headed off to Deal for a long walk along the beach. The sun did come out for a bit but not long enough to make up for the last two weeks but we still had a nice day. A walk, a beak round a few shops and a bun and cup of tea on the beach where I read my book for half an hour.

We ended the day at a lovely pub on the beach where for once, I ordered the perfect meal, not disappointed and ate every morsel. Oh and a couple of glasses of wine!
