Balvaird Castle

Afternoon run in the car to Balvaird Castle for a walk. The guys were strumming all the grass round about (apart from the areas leaving wild). Enjoy a walk here as it’s usually quiet but atmospheric. I see two new large houses getting built on farm land near a farm house. See a lot of this lately, large houses springing up next to farmhouses . Like big houses not just a two bed semi.

We drove to Falkland after this and popped into my favourite shop there the Fayre Earth Gift Shop always something interest as it’s stock is mostly from local clever crafty people.

This evening I proudly finished my first granny square! There have been a lot of false starts but eventually found a You Tube video from someone that took it slow!
