James Watt Dock
Just back from watching "I give it a Year" at the cinema in Greenock. I would recommend Dan Mazer's comedy about a couple who got married too quickly.
Compared to yesterday it has been a miserable day, very overcast and raining most of the day. I took this shot of the James Watt Dock and the Titan Crane. It has a watercolour feel about it.
The James Watt Dock was completed in August 1886 and was Greenock's attempt to use the Dock as a means to regain the trans-Atlantic trade from its up-river rival.
