Should Be Hendstock (again)

Today was our reserve date for Hendstock, in the hope that by the middle of August, things would have lightened up enough for us to have a few hundred people in the garden haha! When I saw the rain this morning I was quite glad we’d had to cancel but we still had a few of our oldest and dearest friends coming over. All of them Hendstock stalwarts and champions.
We were hoping for an evening in the garden but the rain was relentless so moved into the house for dinner and then karaoke.

Everyone joined in with surprising enthusiasm (nothing to do with the amount of gin and wine being imbibed) It was a lot of fun and lovely to spend time with these super people.
