Volk's Electric Railway

We drove to Brighton today to visit our eldest daughter who lives there with her partner and dog, Kanji. It poured with rain not long after we arrived but eventually the sun re-emerged and it was warm enough for us all to walk to the beach. The photo is of Volk's Electric Railway, which was constructed in 1883 and runs for one mile along the sea front.
