English weather

So busy this week so no time to blip until today!
Sister-in-law and husband over for Sunday lunch and then watching some episodes of Downton Abbey on BritBox.
Afterwards a shortish walk before the rain came but no it caught us out! Carried on anyway and as you can see the girls had brought their umbrellas with them. We had waterproofs but a bit warm wearing them I must say.
Thunder too but no lightning before we headed home for tea and homemade date and walnut loaf:))
