Heading home

Woke early to finish the clearing/tidying up before Nara comes. The place looks great! Wish we'd done it before. Now, he can get on with the cleaning and not get bogged down by moving things.

He arrived around 10:30 and we had a quick catch up. He's looking well; he's even put on some weight. We left him to it and headed out to Festival Plaza, stopping to dispose of the four bags of recycling that G sorted last night.

Rachel met us at the Mall and we started by having a milkshake at Keventers. It was the first time for her and she enjoyed her smoothie. We then had a couple of hours browsing IKEA specifically looking at (home) office furniture.

We finally said our goodbyes and got home in time for 4 o'clock tea. PG Tips I should add. :)))

Out again in the evening - this time to Eataly. It's Jessica's birthday soon and we wanted to make a hamper up for her. I hope she likes the things we've chosen! Whilst there, I bought another Italian designer facemask. Can't wait to try it out tomorrow!


PS. Forgot to record, I reversed into a fire extinguisher whilst trying to reverse park in the morning. Argh! The light needs to be replaced.
