Peel Forest

I can't remember the name of the early English settler who saved this remnant if podocarp forest from the saw. What a bloke.

Today I joined up several tracks. It was good to have my boots on again and to test my lower back and hip with some slippery tree roots and tricky up and downs.

All good :-)

Except for a few people at the start and the end, I had the place to myself.
