Snaefell 1883m climbed

13km 6.00 hours 1030 m of ascent.
Wonderderful climb up Snaefell in Iceland, so happy to get to the top. In the cloud when we woke up, but forecast was good for 12 to 3pm to be clear on the summit. Went really well, quit a lot of glacier crossing all straight forward and no crevices. Said 6 to 8 hours, we did in exactly 6.
Absolutely astonishing views over Vatnajökl ice cap, it is enormous.
Struck camp, moved on to Atlavik campsite in the forest, via the hot pools at Largafell.
