Afternoon tea with uninvited visitors

We played tourists at LC today, walked the woodland walk (It’s been renamed a few times, but I still think of it as the woodland walk), and up to the Terrace for afternoon tea. Saw a few colleagues on the way and chatted. The tea was lovely, and as part of the Eat out to help out campaign, a bargain at £20 for 2. We prefer to remain outside, but this meant we were joined by many wasps, and birds when a nearby diner dropped his scone! 
Eventually we placed empty jam pots at the far end of the table and most of the wasps dined out on them!
