Rain!

For most of the day, the photo of pavilion and lawn was taken yesterday.

Suzanne came over this morning. I’ve not seen her apart from zoom since I cannot remember when. She was so ill through December, January and February, with a final diagnosis of undiagnosed pneumonia. With hindsight she is convinced she had Covid and I have to say the symptoms support that. She is much better now, although having a tough time, with her OH now having no work, her daughter, an actress has clearly no work and consequently lost her flat in London, so is home, and Suzanne herself with no work at the moment at LC. Nevertheless, we spent a happy couple of hours over coffee and chatting about anything and everything.

After her visit, during which Mr L had finished the wallpaper stripping we popped to B&Q for some needed bits and some wallpaper. Painting tomorrow.
