I woke feeling rough …… as if I’d drunk a bottle of wine last night. Probably just the after effects of a difficult day yesterday as I haven’t touched any alcohol since Friday. 

I resorted to ibuprofen and slowly improved. It was another day of house and garden jobs but taken at a deliberately slow pace. After the first garden session I left the tools out with the intention of doing more later but rain put a stop to that. 

I might treat us to a new garden bench next year. I’ve seen one online that I like.
