Operation schooling

its 'operation phonics' here. Felt very down about it last night, but a far better morning today and a happy 5 year old.

Granny came for lunch and whisked away the eldest for the afternoon. The eldest spent half an hour looking out of the living room window looking for Granny, he turned the pictures to face out of the window so Granny would know which house. I collected him after dinner to find it was ice-cream and home made chocolate sauce for pudding at Granny's. The youngest was HIGHLY unimpressed about the whole thing and cried himself to sleep. 

Today I'm grateful for
A great team at work, they test me, I test them I'm sure, but they a good team
The eldest neing SO excited about seeing Granny
Bed time
