Appreciated my day off all the more so I went and did my long circuit for the first time since June along the river Esk to Newbattle, Dalkeith and home again with son 1. Good chance to walk and talk . The sun popped out, the wet leaves glistened in the sun. All is good.
Coffee, chat, running around, love days like this with a finale curry to celebrate the last day of the holidays/ lockdown.
Back to school in the morning. , uniforms oht, packed lunch at the ready. Here we go, another year begins.
