Laxford river going out to sea..
Laxford Bridge, shown in a road atlas as a circle the same size as Guildford. There are two houses, and a bridge. No shops, no takeaways, no estate agents, and no building societies.
Deer, Otters, Pine marten and Eagles are the only residents.
The river flows along a geological fault line, which, I'm told, was once the join between two continental plates.
Strong N wind today, cold, and frequent snow flurries. Strange, as there's hardly a cloud in the sky. Fire lit, heating on, and beef in the oven..
No luck with the heating, needs an engineer..
