At last..

... A butterfly on the buddleia.

I'm late blipping tonight, despite this early image.

For the second time recently I completely lost the journal entry I had written just before I was about to press 'publish'. It just disappeared all by itself. I must find out what I am doing to make that happen, it's a ridiculous waste of time! 
(For some reason I had written about 'Sunday Best', which I mention as an aide memoire for myself, not as some kind of weird spoiler). 

In other news the little eggs on the netting were glimmering and shimmering in bright sunshine earlier, with no hint of anything hatching (though it does cross my mind that anything emerging is only going to be microscopic, and might easily be missed).
