Canoe see where you are going?

I'm hoping you can see the canoe on top of the car in front... It seemed a rather appropriate alternative vehicle in this weather!

Shocking visibility on our drive back from Wales earlier today.... it made for a white knuckle journey, I can tell you. Thankfully Pete was behind the wheel and not me.

I'm guessing that the salt spreading may not be terribly successful as all the rain must surely wash it off the roads? Now we have arrived home this rain has turned to snow.
