An emotional day

We left the hotel with our bellies full of a good Irish breakfast and drove over to Kilala to see if dad was home. It was good to see him and he immediately got very emotional as he hugged us both.

We spent the day doing lots of talking, lots of hugs and trying to figure out the future. I think he really appreciated the support and I'm really glad we came.

Death effects people in different ways, and the Irish certainly have their own way if dealing with it.
